Accomodation
Interior of satin varnished, African Mahogany with a light brown carpet over teak and holly soles. All locker doors are of solid wood and louvered for ventilation. Ventilation is provided by five dorade vents, opening ports in coachroof sides and opening overhead hatches. Overhead, reading, and task lights are throughout the boat with beige curtains and dark green Alcantara(comparable to ultrasuede) upholstery in the salon and green Tric-Dole upholstery in staterooms. The master stateroom has upgraded, sprung mattresses.

Starting forward is an anchor locker with large deck access and a dividing shelf. A watertight, solid bulkhead aft of the chain locker serves as an attachment point for the staysail chainplate. The forward stateroom has a v-berth with infill, cabinet and locker storage. A large bin storage for extra sails is under the v-berth. A forward head/shower compartment next aft to starboard has a china sink, mirror, wipe down surfaces, a separate shower stall and teak grating. Both heads are upgraded to Jabsco electric.

To port is a guest stateroom with bunks and storage lockers. Aft of the main bulkhead is a large salon with "L" shaped dinette to port, a drop leaf table and a straight settee to starboard. A "U" shaped galley is to starboard of the companionway ladder. To port is a large, forward facing navigation station. There is a true walk through passageway to the aft cabin where one finds a double berth to starboard, a single to port, a dressing settee between the berths, and ensuite head with separate shower stall forward to starboard. Headroom below is 6'-6" in the salon.

Electrical Systems
The electrical system on SARITA has been designed and installed to provide reliable and ample 12V and 24V direct current and 110V 60hz power either underway or connected to shorepower. A quiet Fisher Panda genset or large alternators installed on the main engine minimize charge time and provide redundancy. All major house loads are 24V for efficiency. A 12V house battery and service is provided for the stereo and other electronics requiring 12V power.

Solar panels Installed in 2015 are the 720w solar panel (PV) panels with capability to charge the 12v, 24v or both banks simultaneously. The panels are mounted on a specially designed stainless steel arch and allow the outer panels to be tilted allowing approx 10-15% extra power output during a 24 hr cycle. Approx output is 200ah at 12v per day.
